6.5.1. Maintenance / Painting Team - Project Details:Description: Following the emergency house maintenance programme of work carried out with Housing Corporation, our Runanga working with The Minginui Village Council and the Whanau Support Group and other partners have established a volunteer team to do maintenance and painting in the Village. They have been provided with a trailer of basic materials and tools.
Check out the wharenui painting and restoration work also being done on our marae...... See also our network's project underway on Affordable / Sustainable Housing in Raglan and elsewhere which is connecting us in with some international friends who are pioneering some very special community approaches. This follows the Community Concept Plan our UNITEC friends helped us with. Outcomes expected:
